Delivery & Returns

Delivery: 

We know you can't wait to get your hands on your latest shipment of D'vash Organics, so we aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days. Additional delays may occur due to increased volume of orders during holiday periods. Rest assured that we are working hard to get your orders dispatched in a timely manner. 

Orders should arrive between 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Fee: 

Shipping within the US begins at $8.00 for the first pound plus $1 per additional pound. We provide free shipping on orders over $35.

Shipping to Canada via UPS starts at $20 for the first pound and $10 for each additional pound.

International Delivery:

We do not currently ship outside of the United States. Although we do deliver to Canadian customers, we are presently unable to provide free shipping to those addresses.

Canadian customers can currently expect a delivery time of 10-15 business days due to travel and customs.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or any additional fees or back-end charges after the package has left the United States.

Return Policy:

Thank you for shopping with us at D'vash Organics. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process easy for you.

Returns Process:

1. Contact Us: If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email at info@dvashorganics.com.
2. Provide Details: Please provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. This information will help us process your request promptly.
3. Packaging: Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
4. Shipping: You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
5. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process the refund or exchange within 10 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
